We'd like to introduce you to Bluebird.
Our brand-new single origin coffee from Ethiopia.
It is incredible. The gang here at RxHQ has been drinking it in incognito mode for a bit and the time has come to share with the world*
*readers of this blog post.
The coffee.
Bluebird stays true to the region. It is bright and crisp, leading with notes of citrus and berries with a finish driven by cocoa powder and cedar-like aromatic wood flavors.
My mouth is watering just typing the description. By the time you're reading this, I'll probably be on my second cup.
The producers.
This dry process coffee comes from Guji Highlands, a group that sources coffee from smallholders and manages its own semi-forest coffee farms around the Guji zone.
When we decided to launch, Nick shared a sentimental story of his first time drinking a Single Origin African coffee in Bend, Oregon back in the summer of 2013 and his life was changed forever.
Needless to say, he's pumped.
What's in a name?
It's difficult to name a coffee.
We bounced around a few mediocre ideas but nothing held up to the perfection of sipping this beauty.
Once we started connecting it to other perfect things we realized it's hard to beat a Bluebird day when mother nature gets all dolled up.
We hope you guys like it as much as we do.
